Polestar Hearth uses organically grown grains for all of their flours. They are dedicated to sustainable production throughout the chain – from farmer, to miller, to baker, to you. As bakers, they create breads from throughout Europe, including naturally leavened sourdough breads, as well as their own creations.
Polestar Hearth breads are always delivered day of and will arrive in recycled kraft paper bags.
